To apply for the publisher position you have to meet these requirements.

1. Have to be an active member. Visit the site regularly have some posts on the forum.
2. Have to make at least 3 articles per week.
3. The publisher must know English at a fairly good level. Must be mature and have a sense of responsibility.
4. Must know how to use a visual HTML editor (or pure HTML).

How to post articles:

To apply, post in this topic. The administration will decide whether the applicant will be accepted.

Hey not to be rude and what not. But i think you guys should only give publishers to certain people, and make requirements for it.
Must be Active, Over 30 Posts.
