Channel rules

1. Speak English.
2. No trolling, swearing or insulting anyone is allowed.
3. Do not impersonate people.
4. Keep drama to PM. Or either to #nobodycares.
5. Don't spam or flood.
6. No bots without staff approval.
7. If you spam somebody through PM, we can do nothing about it. Just remember that C405129 and MiFU can take care about it.
8. Everything you say on IRC can and will be used against you.
